Our team offers extensive online ticketing support, or you can use our live chat 24/7. You can also use our online help resources, live training sessions, and a library of LeadDragon produced how-to videos.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Just remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. Please initiate your request through our support email. You’re not locked in any contracts with us!
What other fees can I expect?
The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts, emails & calls, which are billed directly through Lab9 Agency. You can view pricing here.
Why do I need onboarding?
To ensure that all of our FixerSites users are setup for success & growth, we’ve made an onboarding and coaching call a pre-requisite. You will be provided with two personal hour long sessions to fuel your marketing and sales growth strategy.
Will I have to pay for any new features?
No, you’re grandfathered in! We update our app very frequently, so you get to enjoy the industry’s leading new features as a Fixersites customer!
